Russia struck a school stadium in Dnipro
On the evening of September 1, Russia launched another strike on Dnipro, resulting in a crater at the stadium of one of the city’s schools. The children, who were participating in an after-school program, were in a shelter at the time of the attack and were unharmed.
In addition to the school grounds, residential areas of the city also sustained damage. Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov reported on the consequences of the enemy attack.

In Kyiv and several regions, an air raid alert was issued on the evening of September 1 at 6:24 p.m. due to the threat of Russian UAVs. The Ukrainian Air Force urged citizens to immediately seek shelter or follow the “two-walls” rule if safe premises were not accessible.
In the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv, an open area near private residential buildings caught fire. Emergency services are already on their way to the scene, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
