Air defense forces shot down nearly 80% of jet-powered drones in a single day

This accounts for approximately 79.17% of the total number of jet-powered drones that Russia launched against Ukraine that day. In other words, Ukrainian air defense neutralized nearly four out of every five jet-powered drones involved in the attack.
The attack is not over yet
Despite the significant number of targets destroyed and neutralized, the danger had not passed as of the evening. The Air Force reported that at 6:30 p.m., 10 attack drones remained in Ukrainian airspace. In addition, new groups of Russian drones continued to enter across the state border. This means that the air attack was still ongoing at that time, and the number of targets could have fluctuated.
The Air Force urged Ukrainians not to ignore air raid sirens. If an alert is declared in a region or town, people must take shelter and remain there until the official all-clear is given.
