Russia attacked a Nova Poshta terminal in the Odesa region for the second time
On Tuesday, September 1, Russian troops once again attacked a “Nova Poshta” terminal in the Odesa region. The strike set the postal terminal building on fire; the building had already sustained damage from previous Russian attacks.
The regional governor noted that Russian occupiers continue to target civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region.
“The enemy continues to strike civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. As a result of the attack, the postal terminal building caught fire; it had previously sustained damage during enemy strikes,” he said.
Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fire. Relevant services are currently on the scene assessing the damage caused by the attack.
According to Oleg Kipper, no one was injured as a result of the Russian shelling.
This is the second attack on this postal terminal in a short period of time. The previous strike also caused damage to the facility and a fire.

In Kyiv, rescue workers extinguished a large-scale fire that broke out in the Holosiivskyi district following a Russian attack on the morning of August 30. The fire engulfed a non-residential building covering an area of about 3,000 square meters; there were no casualties or injuries.
