Russia fired more than 40 missiles and up to 300 drones at Ukraine: a map of their movements during the attack

On the night of June 2, Russia launched one of its largest combined strikes on Ukrainian territory, deploying dozens of missiles and hundreds of drones of various types. The main targets of the attack were Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as well as Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia.

The Telegram channel “PPO Radar” published a map showing the approximate flight paths of the missiles and drones during the attack.

According to preliminary data, during the nighttime attack, Russian forces used over 40 missiles of various types and up to 300 strike and reconnaissance drones.

Information on the approximate flight paths of the aerial targets was published by the Telegram channel “Air Defense Radar.” According to the published map, the enemy directed its main strike at the capital region, as well as at major cities in central and eastern Ukraine.

During the air raid alert, launches of cruise, ballistic, and other types of missiles were recorded in various regions, as well as massive attacks by kamikaze drones.

As a result of the shelling, damage to civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and critical infrastructure facilities was reported in a number of regions. Rescue workers, law enforcement officers, and utility services are on the ground.

Ukrainian air defense forces continued to repel the air attack throughout the night, destroying missiles and drones as they approached their targets.

Final data on the consequences of the attack, the number of aerial targets shot down, and the extent of the damage are being clarified.

On the night of June 2, Russian troops carried out a massive combined strike against Ukraine using attack drones, as well as various types of air-, sea-, and ground-based missiles. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, a total of 642 aerial targets were shot down or neutralized, including 40 missiles and 602 enemy UAVs.

As a result of the Russian drone attack in the village of Vasyshcheve in the Kharkiv region, a fire broke out on the premises of a civilian enterprise. According to preliminary data, wooden pallets caught fire over an area of approximately 800 square meters.

As a reminder, Russia attacked dozens of settlements in the Kherson region over the past 24 hours, resulting in casualties.

Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 49 settlements in the Sumy region. As a result of the attacks, one person was killed, and four more civilians were wounded.
 

On the evening of May 24, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on Druzhkivka in the Donetsk region, hitting a multi-story residential building. A woman was killed in the attack, and five other people were injured.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, a hit on a business center was recorded following a massive nighttime attack by the Russian Federation. Preliminary reports indicate that people may be trapped inside the shelter.

As a result of Russia’s massive missile and drone attack on Kyiv, the shock wave damaged the ground-level lobby of the Lukyanivska metro station.
