Russia lost 1,180 troops in the war against Ukraine over the past 24 hours

Total combat losses among Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have reached approximately 1,327,640 personnel. Over the past 24 hours alone, another 1,180 invaders were eliminated.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to updated data, the Russian army’s losses in equipment are as follows:

  • artillery systems — 40,771 (+34)
  • multiple launch rocket systems — 1,755 (+2)
  • air defense systems — 1,354 (+0)
  • aircraft — 435 (+0)

  • Tactical-level UAVs — 260,258 (+1,039)
  • cruise missiles — 4,579 (+0)
  • Ships / boats — 33 (+0)
  • submarines — 2 (+0)
  • Vehicles and tankers — 91,986 (+276)
  • Special equipment — 4,141 (+5)

The General Staff notes that the data is being updated.

Over the past 24 hours, 182 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines, with the most intense fighting continuing in the Pokrovsk direction. There, Ukrainian forces repelled dozens of attacks and eliminated over 60 invaders.

Throughout the day on April 27, 2026, the Russian Federation continued active offensive operations, focusing its main efforts on the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions. The enemy carried out 43 airstrikes, deployed over 3,600 kamikaze drones, and fired over 1,500 rounds at Ukrainian Armed Forces positions.
