Russia is attacking food warehouses to leave Ukrainians without food

Russian propaganda outlets claim that the Russian Federation’s strikes on food warehouses in Ukraine are allegedly intended to leave Ukrainians without food.

This narrative is being promoted amid missile strikes on logistics facilities, which have caused disruptions in the supply of certain products in Kyiv and other cities.

In particular, after strikes on warehouses belonging to supermarket suppliers in Kyiv, empty shelves began to appear in stores.

According to The New York Times, the August 5 attack struck at least four warehouses, killing six workers and severely disrupting supplies to a number of retail chains.
