Russia attacked 40 towns and villages in the Kherson region; there is one fatality and several people were injured
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops shelled 40 settlements in the Kherson region using drones, aircraft, and artillery. As a result of the attacks, one person was killed and nine others were wounded.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
The following towns and villages came under enemy fire: Antonivka, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Komyshany, Zymivnyk, Kizomys, Dniprovske, Novoraysk, Oleksandrivka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Ukrainka, Zolota Balka, Arkhangelsk, Charivne, Khreshchenivka, Vysoke, Milove, Mykhailivka, Monastyrske, Novoberyslav, Sablukivka, Tomaryne, Tyahynka, Chaychyne, Lymants, Ingulivka, Vitrove, Ponyativka, Mykilsk, Dar’ivka, Zarichne, Ingulets, Yasna Polyana, Ulyanovka, Fedorivka, Ivanivka, Tokarivka, Shyroka Balka, and Kherson.
Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s settlements. In particular, they damaged two high-rise buildings and six private homes. They also destroyed a store, a scooter, and private cars.
Prokudin noted that 16 people were successfully evacuated yesterday from the region’s liberated communities.
As a reminder, Russia struck a shopping center in Zaporizhzhia.
In Zaporizhzhia, the number of people injured as a result of a Russian FPV drone attack on a passenger bus has risen. Currently, eight people are known to have been injured—four men and four women. All of them are receiving the necessary medical care.
The enemy attacked a passenger bus in the Kosmichny district of Zaporizhzhia with an FPV drone. At the time of the attack, the bus was carrying passengers who were going about their daily business.
