Russia has attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times; there is one casualty
Since Friday evening, the Russian army has carried out more than 20 attacks on three districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in at least one casualty.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, on Telegram.
The enemy used drones and artillery, striking civilian infrastructure and residential areas.
In the Nikopol district, the communities of Nikopol, Marganetsk, Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrivka came under fire. As a result of the attacks, 17 cars and 15 mopeds caught fire, and a private home and a car were damaged. A 22-year-old man was injured and will receive outpatient treatment.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, strikes hit Kryvyi Rih and the Sofiivska community—infrastructure and a private home were damaged.
In the Synelnykivsky district, shelling caused fires—more than 10 cars were burned.
Authorities note that the consequences of the attacks are being assessed, and emergency services are on the scene.
On May 15, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum in the Kharkiv region. The strike damaged the protective shelter of the site, which is under UNESCO protection.
Russian troops struck a facility belonging to one of the structural units of Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo in the Zaporizhzhia district. The attack damaged service vehicles.
