The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the Prioritet industrial complex in Udmurtia and Russian Federation warehouses had been struck
The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out strikes against a number of key targets belonging to the Russian aggressor as part of efforts to reduce its military and economic capabilities. On July 28, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the “Prioritet” industrial complex in the Udmurt Republic, as well as enemy warehouses and other facilities, had been struck. The attacks took place on July 27 and during the night of July 27–28, 2026.
Ukrainian troops struck a logistics depot and a fuel and lubricants depot near the village of Ichki (Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
A warehouse containing the occupiers’ unmanned aerial vehicles in the Chervonopopivka area of Luhansk Oblast was also struck.
On July 27, a strike was carried out against the Federal State Public Institution (FSPI) “Prioritet” plant in the village of Borok, Udmurt Republic, Russian Federation.
The strike on the target and a fire on the plant’s premises were confirmed.
The “Prioritet” plant is part of the Russian Federation’s state material reserve system (Rosrezerv) and is a closed-type strategic facility under militarized guard. It functions as a large oil depot of national importance—designed for the long-term storage of fuel, petroleum products, and lubricants in case of emergencies or military needs.
The facility is located more than 1,300 km from the Ukrainian border, the General Staff noted.
As a reminder, on the night of July 28, Moscow and the Moscow Region were hit by a large-scale drone attack. Russian authorities claimed to have shot down dozens of drones, but following the attack in the Moscow region, fires were reported near the Wildberries logistics complex and on the grounds of one of the industrial facilities.
Earlier, Wildberries removed the search option for military goods following a request from “Everything for the Special Military Operation.”
As a reminder, Ukrainian drones struck six Wildberries warehouses in Russia and Crimea.
Estonian intelligence estimated Russia’s losses from the strikes on Wildberries at $2 billion.
