Russia launched a massive attack on Mykolaiv, damaging six high-rise buildings
On the afternoon of July 28, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Mykolaiv. As a result of the shelling, six high-rise buildings and two private homes were damaged.
Cleanup efforts are currently underway. Relevant services are working at the sites of the strikes and assessing the extent of the damage.
“During the day, those Russian scum launched a massive attack on our city. All necessary services and employees of the city’s utility companies are involved in cleaning up the aftermath,” Senkevich wrote.
He also posted a video showing the aftermath of the strikes.
According to Oleksandr Gerasimen, an advisor to the mayor, as of this afternoon, following yet another attack by the Russian Armed Forces, six high-rise buildings and two private homes are known to have been damaged. Assessments and cleanup efforts are ongoing.

As a reminder, on the evening of June 30, Russian troops attacked an electric locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region with a drone. There were no casualties, as the locomotive crew was warned of the danger in time, and the workers managed to take cover.
