Russia struck Odesa, killing three people and injuring others

On the morning of July 15, Russian troops launched an attack on Odesa. Three people were killed in the attack, and three more residents were injured and hospitalized. Residential buildings were also damaged.

Initially, the head of the Military Information Directorate reported that the enemy attack had resulted in fatalities and injuries, as well as damage to residential buildings. “The enemy has attacked the city again. Unfortunately, there are fatalities and injuries. Residential buildings have been damaged,” Lysak said.

He later provided more details on the consequences of the strike. “As of now, we know of three fatalities. Our condolences to their families and loved ones… Three more people were injured. They have been hospitalized with moderate injuries,” he said.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have pushed back Russian troops near the villages of Maliivka, Sichneve, Novogeorgiivka, and Zaporizke in the Synelnykivskyi District of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Over the past 24 hours, 244 combat engagements took place on the front lines. Ukrainian troops continue to repel the advance of Russian occupation forces, inflicting losses on the enemy in terms of personnel and equipment.

On the night of July 14, Russian forces launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine, using ballistic missiles, guided air-to-ground missiles, and attack drones. Air defense forces intercepted five ballistic missiles, two Kh-59/69 missiles, and 108 enemy drones.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s drone forces have struck or destroyed 1,559 Russian military targets, including 15 enemy vessels.
