Russia has carried out more than 1,000 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region; one person has been killed
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 1,001 strikes on 48 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, one person was killed and 34 residents were wounded.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Russian forces carried out 14 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, Malokaterynivka, Novomykolaivka, Bilenke, Yurkivka, Zapasne, Rybalske, Preobrazhenka, Yegorivka, Chervonyi Yar, Mala Tokmachka, Chervona Krynytsia, and Mykilsk,” the statement reads.
740 UAVs of various types (primarily FPV) attacked Kalynivka, Malokaterynivka, Kushuhum, Bilenke, Richne, Novoyakovlivka, Hryhorivka, Novooleksandrivka, Odarivka, Rezidivka, Pidhirne, Adrianivka, Stepnogorsk, Primorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukyanivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohirya, Luhivske, Charivne, Novoselivka, Hulyaypilsk, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Svyatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvizhivka, Tsvitkove, Kosivtseve, and Dobropillia, Fedorov reported.
Two rocket attacks on Novodanilivka were recorded.
According to Fedorov, 245 artillery strikes hit Rychne, Veselyanka, Hryhorivka, Novoyakovlivka, Stepnogorsk, Primorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukyanivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Orihiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohirya, Luhivske, Charivne, Novoselivka, Huliaipilske, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvizhivka, Tsvitkove, Kosivtseve, and Dobropillia.
A total of 250 reports were received regarding damage to infrastructure, residential buildings, vehicles, and farm buildings, Fedorov added.
