Russians shelled the Donetsk region 34 times in the past 24 hours: damage has been reported
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 34 shelling attacks on populated areas in the Donetsk region. The attacks damaged residential buildings, civilian vehicles, and infrastructure.
Sloviansk suffered the most damage, where an airstrike damaged 21 private homes, several stores, and eight cars. Fires also broke out in one of the homes, a farm building, and a passenger car.
In the Novodonetsk community, a Russian drone struck a civilian vehicle, causing it to catch fire.

While clearing up the aftermath of the shelling, rescue workers were repeatedly forced to interrupt their work and take cover due to the threat of further attacks.
