Russians attacked an administrative building in Chernihiv; one person was injured
On the night of July 21, Russian forces attacked Chernihiv with strike drones. As a result of the attack, a strike was recorded on an administrative building, a fire broke out, and one person was injured.
This was reported by Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration. According to him, a fire broke out at the site of the enemy UAV strike.
“The city is under attack by enemy drones. A strike on an administrative building was recorded. A fire broke out at the site of the strike,” the statement reads.
Bryzhynskyi later clarified that one person was injured as a result of the attack. Preliminary reports indicate that the victim was diagnosed with blast trauma, acoustic trauma, and an acute stress reaction.
