The Russians attacked transportation infrastructure in the Vinnytsia and Ternopil regions
During a morning attack by Russian drones on September 13, infrastructure facilities in the Vinnytsia and Ternopil regions were struck. Fires at all the sites of the strikes have already been extinguished.
In the Vinnytsia region, a Russian drone struck a piece of railway infrastructure. A fire broke out after the strike but was quickly extinguished by emergency responders.
According to Natalia Zabolotna, head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, there were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the attack. However, five residential buildings were damaged.
In Ternopil, Russian drones struck a transportation infrastructure facility and an industrial building. The strikes also caused a fire, which emergency responders have already extinguished. State Emergency Service specialists are currently surveying the area.
Taras Pastukh, head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, reported that most of the enemy drones over the region were shot down, though several strikes were recorded.
So far, one casualty has been reported in the Ternopil region; the individual received the necessary medical care. The extent of the damage and losses is being assessed.

In Kyiv, authorities have begun stockpiling food and drinking water in preparation for prolonged power outages and other emergencies. The city aims to build up reserves in advance that can be used at resilience centers and to assist residents in the event of large-scale disruptions.
A new air threat alert system went into operation in Kyiv on September 6. Now, city residents will receive notifications not only about the fact that a threat exists but also about its type—drone, missile, or a combination of both.
