Russians attacked the Zaporizhzhia region with aerial bombs: there are fatalities
Overnight, Russian forces launched guided airstrikes on the villages of Viktorivka and Mykhailivske in the Zaporizhzhia district.
In Viktorivka, the strike destroyed a private home. A 66-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman were killed.
In Mykhailivske, a residential building was damaged, and a 39-year-old man was injured.

In Zaporizhzhia, on the night of August 15, Russian drones caused two fires. Firefighters extinguished the blazes at a shopping center and a warehouse; no one was injured.
Russian forces carried out 971 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours. Forty-two settlements came under fire, and two people were injured as a result of attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district. There were also 44 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.
