As of midday on July 2, enemy attacks on Ukrainian cities continue unabated. The Russians have targeted Zaporizhzhia, where damage has been reported at several locations.
Unfortunately, there are also reports of injuries. Ivan Fedorov, head of the ZOVA, is providing updates on the situation in the city.
First of all, it should be noted that a threat of attack drones had been announced for the city. Around 2:49 p.m., reports emerged that a drone had struck the grounds of a business.
The premises and a tractor were damaged there. A man was also injured. He received medical attention.

Later, reports came in of a fire in a high-rise building caused by an enemy strike. A fitness center building was also damaged.

Initial reports indicated two casualties. As of 4:37 p.m., that number had risen to four. One man is reported to be in critical condition. Another man, in moderate condition, was taken to the hospital.
As a result of enemy shelling of Zaporizhzhia in the middle of the day on July 2, damage to civilian infrastructure at several locations and injuries to people were recorded.
According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, at approximately 2:49 p.m., an enemy drone struck the grounds of a business, damaging a building and a tractor and injuring a man. Later, it was reported that a multi-story residential building caught fire, and storage facilities at a store, as well as a fitness center with a sports complex and a swimming pool, were damaged.
As of 4:37 p.m., the number of people injured as a result of the day’s strikes had risen to four. One of the men is in critical condition, and another victim, in moderate condition, was taken to the hospital.
