Russian forces shelled 18 settlements in the Kharkiv region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have shelled 18 settlements in the Kharkiv region, resulting in civilian casualties.
Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Over the past 24 hours, 18 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy attack. Four people were injured as a result of the shelling,” Synyegubov noted.
According to him, a 56-year-old man was injured in the city of Bohodukhiv, and a 75-year-old woman was injured in the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupiansk community. In the village of Ruska Lozova in the Derhachi community, a 37-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman sustained injuries.
Russian troops used various types of weapons in the region: 2 guided aerial bombs, 14 “Geran-2” UAVs, 10 “Molniya” UAVs, 3 FPV drones, and another 25 UAVs of an unidentified type.
In the Bohodukhiv district, a civilian enterprise, two private homes, a garage, power lines in Bohodukhiv, two vehicles in the villages of Zolochiv and Dehtyari, and a farm storage facility in the village of Zabrody were damaged.
In the Kupiansk district, three private homes were destroyed—in the villages of Velykyi Burluk, Kivsharivka, and Prykolotne.
In the Izyum district, an educational institution in Balakliya was damaged.
In the Kharkiv district, residential buildings were damaged in the villages of Rohan, Kurortne, and Yaroshivka, as well as a car in Ruska Lozova.
In the Chuhuiv district, damage was reported to a private home in Chuhuiv and to power lines in the village of Korobochkine.
It is also reported that the transit evacuation center in Lozova received 175 people over the past 24 hours. Since it began operations, 30,574 people have been registered there.
On the night of April 26, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with strike drones on the Odesa region. Once again, the enemy’s primary target was the region’s port and logistics infrastructure.
An attack by enemy drones was recorded in Chernihiv, resulting in fires in the city and damage to residential buildings.
Ukrainian rescue workers have completed emergency restoration work at the site of a four-story building partially destroyed by a Russian strike. Six people are known to have died, and another 23 were injured.
