The Russians carried out nearly 200 assaults and launched more than 6,000 drones
Over the past 24 hours, 198 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. Russian forces carried out 55 airstrikes, dropped 160 guided bombs, and deployed more than 6,100 kamikaze drones. Most of the attacks took place in the Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Sloviansk sectors.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops have carried out 198 attacks across various sections of the front line since the start of the day. In addition to ground assaults, the occupiers actively used aircraft and drones. In total, the enemy carried out 55 airstrikes, during which they dropped 160 guided bombs.

Where the Russians Attacked Most Intensely
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces repelled four attacks. The enemy also carried out three airstrikes using four guided bombs and conducted 55 shelling attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions and populated areas.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops attempted to storm Ukrainian positions nine times. Fighting took place near Staritsa, Lyman, Khatne, and Kolodyazne.
In the Kupiansk sector, the occupiers made one assault attempt—toward Zagrizove.
In the Lyman sector, nine Russian attempts to advance were recorded. Fighting took place near Novoselivka, Shyikivka, Zarichne, and Drobysheve. Three combat engagements were still ongoing at the time this report was compiled.
In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 enemy attacks. The Russians attempted to advance near Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka, Zakitne, and Riznykivka. Three more battles were ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk sector, two combat engagements took place—in the areas of Nikiforivka and Yurkivka.
The situation remained most tense in the Kostiantynivka sector. There, Ukrainian forces repelled 25 enemy assaults near Ivanopil, Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, and Stepanivka. Another clash was ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy launched 23 attacks
Russian troops carried out another 23 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance near Novy Donbas, Hannivka, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Novohryshyne, Vasylivka, Myrne, Serhiivka, Udachne, and Muravka.
According to preliminary data from the General Staff, 33 Russian soldiers were killed in this sector of the front over the past 24 hours, and another 13 occupiers were wounded. Ukrainian forces also destroyed:
- one artillery system;
- two vehicles;
- four pieces of specialized equipment;
- 399 drones of various types.
Two more enemy artillery systems and five vehicles were damaged. In addition, Ukrainian forces struck three enemy drone command posts.
Fighting also continued in the south
In the Oleksandrivka sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled four Russian attacks in the areas of Kalynivske, Vorone, Ternove, and Berezove.
In the Huliaipole sector, the enemy launched 12 attacks. Russian forces attempted to advance near Vozdvizhivka, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, Danilivka, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled one enemy attack near Pavlivka.
Meanwhile, in the Dnipro sector, Russian troops did not conduct any assault operations over the past 24 hours.
According to the General Staff, no significant changes in the situation were recorded on other sections of the front.
As a reminder, the Pryluky City and District Court in Chernihiv Oblast sentenced a former police officer to eight years in prison for a fatal traffic accident that resulted in the death of a six-year-old child.
In Lviv Oblast, a 68-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, who was under the influence of alcohol, fatally struck a Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemember. This was reported by the Lviv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office.
