Russian occupiers killed two children and wounded seven others over the past 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, two children were killed and seven others were injured as a result of the actions of Russian occupiers in Ukraine. One child is considered missing. 

According to law enforcement officials, 748 children have been killed and another 2,924 have been injured since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

In addition, 2,363 children are considered missing.

Police emphasize that these statistics do not include data from areas of active combat or temporarily occupied territories, so the actual number of affected children may be higher.

At the same time, law enforcement agencies managed to locate 46 children over the past 24 hours.

In total, 59,339 children have been located since the start of the full-scale invasion.

Additionally, six children were reunited with their families over the past day. The total number of children reunited with their families since the start of the full-scale war stands at 2,650.

Law enforcement agencies continue to document crimes committed by Russian military personnel on Ukrainian territory.

Over the past day, 169 criminal cases were opened regarding war crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.

In total, 226,648 criminal cases have been opened on such charges since the start of the full-scale invasion.

On September 29, during an air raid alert in Ternopil, the sounds of explosions were heard. Shortly before that, residents had been warned about a Russian jet-powered drone in the area.

A drone strike in the Kyiv region caused a fire in several buildings; two people were rescued.

As a reminder, debris from a Russian drone caused a fire in a five-story building in Kyiv.

Following Russia’s nighttime attack on Kyiv, an educational institution was hit.
