Russian troops opened fire nearly 1,300 times in the Donetsk region over the past 24 hours
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have opened fire on the Donetsk region approximately 1,300 times. As a result of the attacks, 26 civilian facilities were damaged; however, no reports of casualties have been received so far.
The regional police reported this on Telegram.
“On April 30, police recorded 1,288 enemy strikes along the front line and in the region’s residential areas… Twenty-six civilian facilities were damaged, including 19 residential buildings,” the statement said.
It is noted that seven settlements came under fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Kramatorsk, and Sloviansk; the towns of Shabelkivka and Yasnogirka; and the villages of Kindrativka and Maidan.
In particular, an apartment building was damaged in Dobropillya.
In Kramatorsk, the Russians struck with six drones of various types, damaging two apartment buildings and one private home, a gas station, and two civilian vehicles.



In Sloviansk, an FPV drone damaged a civilian vehicle.
As a result of a “Geran-2” UAV strike in Shabelkivka, nine private homes were damaged, and in Yasnogorka, six homes were damaged.
As a reminder, following the enemy attack, oil contaminated the coast of Chornomorskand harmed birds.
In the port of Chornomorsk, efforts to clean up the sunflower oil spill are ongoing—booms have been deployed.
As a reminder, thousands of tons of oil spilled into the sea in Chornomorsk as a result of the Russian strike.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, police officers came under fire while evacuating people.
