Russian forces have carried out more than 800 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in fatalities and dozens of injuries
Over the past 24 hours, Russian invaders have launched 884 strikes on 46 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
As a result of the massive attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, two people were killed, and another 38 local residents sustained injuries of varying severity.
Russian forces carried out 28 airstrikes on a number of settlements in the region, including Komyshuvas, Balabine, Novomykolaivka, Orikhiv, and Vilniansk.
In addition, the occupiers deployed 605 drones of various types, primarily FPV drones, which attacked both Zaporizhzhia and dozens of other communities in the region. There has been a significant increase in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles against the civilian population.
Five strikes from multiple launch rocket systems were also recorded on Novodanilivka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, and Huliaipilske. Another 246 artillery strikes targeted settlements near the front line.
The invaders continue to massively destroy frontline communities in the region.
As a result of enemy attacks, significant damage to civilian and critical infrastructure has been recorded in many areas. The head of the region confirmed that there were civilian casualties during the latest attacks.
“Two people were killed and another 38 wounded as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district,” Fedorov reported.
