Over the past 24 hours, Russia has launched more than 1,000 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 1,026 strikes on 56 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
As a result of the enemy attacks, one person was killed and two others were wounded in Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.
According to Fedorov, 17 airstrikes were carried out on the following settlements:
Malokaterynivka, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Zorivka, Novoivanivka, Listivka, Mykhailivske, Orikhiv, Omelnyk, Novopavlivka, Barvinivka, Liubytske, Tymoshivka, Chervona Krynytsia, and Chervonyi Yar.
The Russian army deployed 786 drones of various types, primarily FPV drones, which attacked Zaporizhzhia and dozens of other settlements in the region, including Kushuhum, Bilenke, Stepnogorsk, Orihiv, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Shcherbaky, Primorske, Pavlivka, Huliaipilske, Dobropillia, Verkhnia Tersa, Ternuvate, and others.
In addition, three strikes from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) were carried out against Kaniv and Shcherbaky.
The occupiers also carried out 220 artillery attacks on populated areas, including:
Stepnogorsk, Primorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Hryhorivka, Mali Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Dobropillya, Pryluky, Tsvitkove, Hirke, Hulyaypilske, and Staroukrainka.
According to the Regional Military Administration, 68 reports were received regarding damage to residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles.
The consequences of the Russian attacks are being assessed.

Nine people were killed and 28 others were injured as a result of the Russian nighttime attack on Kyiv on August 1. Four children were among the victims.
On the evening of July 31, a Russian attack drone struck a high-rise residential building in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv. According to preliminary information, the building’s roof was damaged, but there were no casualties.
As a reminder, Russian drones attacked the Chernihiv region, damaging a gas station and a resort.
Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv on the afternoon of July 24, although such attacks usually occur at night. An expert believes this may have been an attempt to wear down Ukraine’s air defense, a show of force, or the result of a technical delay in the missile launch.
