The SBU exposed a blogger who was coordinating Russian strikes on Kramatorsk
On August 10, the SBU’s counterintelligence unit detained a local blogger in the Donetsk region who had been recruited by Russian military intelligence to help direct strikes in the Kramatorsk area. To verify intelligence received from Russia, the man would travel to the outskirts of the city, disguising these trips as visits to his dacha.
According to the investigation, the man created several Telegram channels with a total audience of about 500 users. Through these channels, he collected the coordinates of Ukrainian military personnel and passed the information on to his Russian handler. This data could have been used to prepare missile and bomb strikes on Kramatorsk and surrounding areas.
To verify specific intelligence reports, the blogger would travel to the outskirts of the city under the guise of trips to his dacha. Additionally, according to the case file, he used channels under his control to spread Kremlin propaganda and disinformation about the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the situation on the front lines, and called on local residents to support Russian armed groups.
The SBU noted that the agent came to the attention of Russian intelligence agencies after posting anti-Ukrainian comments on social media. Law enforcement officers detained the man at his residence. During a search, they seized a phone and computer equipment containing evidence of his collaboration with Russian military intelligence.
He was notified of charges under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—treason under martial law. The detainee remains in custody. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Incidentally, the Podilskyi District Court of Poltava approved a plea agreement in a case involving a crime against the foundations of national security.

In Dnipro on Friday, August 7, a World Health Organization humanitarian warehouse was destroyed as a result of an attack. At the time of the strike, there were no people on the premises, and no casualties were reported.
