Sibiga called on allies to more quickly strip Russia of its advantage in ballistic missiles

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga stated that Russia continues to rely on ballistic terror, so international partners must implement the agreements on strengthening Ukraine’s air defense as soon as possible.

According to Sibiga, 11 people, including a child, were injured as a result of yet another ballistic missile strike on the Ukrainian capital.

“Last night, Russia once again struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles. Eleven people were wounded, including a child. Putin is relying on ballistic terror. As discussed during our talks with allies in Ankara, the main goal now is to deprive Moscow of this last advantage. The steps to achieve this are clear. But we must act now, not later,” the minister emphasized.

The head of Ukrainian diplomacy stressed that Ukraine expects the prompt implementation of the agreements reached by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian delegation during negotiations with international partners.

According to Sybiga, the timely implementation of these decisions should ensure more reliable protection for Ukrainian cities and the civilian population against Russian ballistic attacks.

“Ukraine is counting on the swift implementation of the agreements reached by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian delegation to ensure the protection of Ukrainian families from Russian ballistic terror,” the foreign minister noted.

The foreign minister made this statement on social media platform X, commenting on Russia’s overnight missile attack on Kyiv.

As a reminder, on the morning of July 11, Russian troops again attacked Kharkiv with drones. One of the drones struck a civilian enterprise in the Nemyshlyanskyi district of the city. According to the latest reports, seven people were injured.

In addition, Russian troops attacked Ukrnafta gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region for two nights in a row. Despite the damage, the company says it is doing everything possible to resume fuel supplies to residents of frontline regions as soon as possible.

On the night of July 11, Russian troops launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine, using ballistic missiles, air-to-ground missiles, and over a hundred attack drones.
