Ukrainian defenders carried out a successful operation to clear enemy forces from border areas in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
At the same time, analysts have noted the advance of Russian occupation forces in certain areas of the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
According to updated data from the DeepState monitoring group, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have regained control of the situation near two settlements in the Synelnykivskyi district.
“The Defense Forces conducted a sweep near Orestopol and Oleksiyivka,” experts note in their report.
Clearing these territories in the Dnipropetrovsk region is of significant strategic importance for ensuring the safety of the civilian population. This allows for stabilizing the front in the southeastern direction and minimizing the risks of enemy sabotage.
In the Donetsk region, the situation remains tense as the enemy continues to press against defensive lines. Advances by Russian units have been recorded near the village of Pazeno, which is part of the Soledar community in the Bakhmut district.
In addition, the occupiers have improved their tactical position near Rusyno Yar in the Kramatorsk district. Fighting in these areas is highly intense, as the enemy attempts to advance into new operational areas.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, there have also been changes to the line of contact that are cause for concern.
“The enemy has advanced near Varvarivka,” analysts report, noting enemy activity in the Vozdvyzhivska community of the Polohivsky district.
As a reminder, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 9 settlements.
The enemy also fired on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions 49 times over the past 24 hours.
