Defense Forces Struck Two Pantsir Systems, a Radar Station, and a Defense Industry Facility in Russia — General Staff
Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of key military targets belonging to Russian forces.
In Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, two “Pantsir-S1” anti-aircraft missile and gun systems were struck. In Berezki, Bryansk Oblast, a Russian radar station was struck.
In Donetsk, the Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck a facility used for storing, preparing, and launching attack drones. In Petropavlivka, Luhansk Oblast, a training center for UAV operators of the “Akhmat” unit—where personnel are trained to operate FPV drones and other unmanned systems—was struck.
In addition, the Snizhne Machine-Building Plant in Snizhne, Donetsk Oblast, was struck. The plant manufactures parts for gas turbine engines, including compressor and turbine discs and blades, and is used by the Russian defense industry to manufacture military equipment.
The extent of the damage to these facilities is currently being assessed. The General Staff noted that strikes against key enemy military targets are continuing.

As of the morning of September 10, 2026, the Russian army’s total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion amount to approximately 1,502,390 military personnel. In the past 24 hours alone, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost another 1,520 service members.
The day before, 221 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. The enemy launched the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 assaults, and Russian troops lost more than 60 occupiers.
