Defense forces have repelled dozens of Russian attacks near Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad
Ukrainian defenders continue to repel a massive Russian offensive in the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad urban area, where the situation remains the most critical.
According to the "East" Military Group, 31 enemy assaults were repelled in the Pokrovsk direction over the past 24 hours. The occupiers are attempting to advance along the flanks toward Hryshyne and Rodynske, using infantry groups, light vehicles, and ATVs. On the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk, Defense Forces units are blocking breakthrough attempts and confidently holding their designated lines.
Intense fighting is also ongoing in other sectors of the front within the group’s area of responsibility:
“In the Kostyantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 17 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, and four other settlements. In the Sloviansk direction, four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Yampil were stopped, and in the Kramatorsk direction, one attack toward Malynivka was recorded.”
Over the past 24 hours, the invaders’ losses in the “East” sector totaled 397 personnel. Ukrainian forces destroyed and damaged 109 pieces of military equipment, including a tank, 12 artillery systems, and over 2,000 UAVs of various types. Drone control systems remain priority targets—over the past 24 hours, 49 Russian drone control points have been struck. To disrupt enemy logistics and advance, units are conducting additional route mining, enhanced aerial reconnaissance, and systematic search-and-strike operations. Currently, defenders continue to destroy the aggressor’s manpower and equipment, preventing them from consolidating in new positions.
