Following a drone attack on the Belgorod Reservoir, the dam was damaged. Water began to flow uncontrollably downstream.
As a result, the water level in the Nezhegol River rose sharply, causing flooding in certain areas of Shebekino. Structures and buildings near the riverbank were submerged.
This is according to reports from Russian propaganda media.
The General Staff reported that three tankers and key Russian facilities were struck overnight.
As a reminder, the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skelya” confirmed that two Ukrainian soldiers who appeared in a video released by Russian propagandists were taken prisoner during fighting in Kostiantynivka. The unit emphasized that this does not mean the loss of the city or the failure of the operation, and also stated that they will work to bring their fighters home.
