The death toll in Boryspil has risen following the Russian strike
The death toll from the Russian attack on Boryspil has risen to four. Another 13 people were injured.
All of the injured are receiving the necessary medical care.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Russian missile attack in the Kyiv region caused damage to residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and vehicles.
A fire broke out involving three vehicles in the city of Boryspil. Rescue workers extinguished the blaze, which covered an area of 50 square meters.
A 5-story apartment building, a store, and two private homes were damaged.
State Emergency Service units evacuated 48 people and rescued two people from under the rubble. Eight people were injured, including two children born in 2021 and 2010. One other person was also injured.
In another part of Boryspil, a fire broke out in a truck at an infrastructure facility. The company’s building was damaged. Two people were killed, and three others were injured. The fire has been extinguished.
A car repair shop was also damaged in Boryspil. One person was killed.

In the village of Hryhorivka, debris damaged an infrastructure facility and two apartment buildings. In the village of Husachivka, debris damaged 11 private homes, a garage, and a passenger car.
Rescue workers continue to operate at the sites of Russian attacks and address their aftermath. Information regarding casualties and the extent of damage is being verified.

On the night of September 1, Russia launched a massive attack on Odesa and the Odesa region. The enemy used loitering munitions, conventional and rocket-powered drones, as well as other high-speed targets.
Over the past 24 hours, on August 31, Russian forces carried out 981 strikes on 57 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Two people were killed and eight others were wounded as a result of the enemy attacks.
Earlier, Russia attacked a facility in Novhorod-Siverskyi.
As a reminder, one person was killed and eight were wounded in a massive attack on the Kyiv region.
Russia also launched a massive missile attack on Kyiv overnight, resulting in fatalities.
