In Chornomorsk, a warehouse containing WHO medicines was damaged by Russian shelling

In Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, a World Health Organization warehouse was damaged as a result of an enemy attack. 

The temperature-controlled rooms where medical supplies were stored were damaged. Experts are currently assessing the extent of the damage; no organization staff were injured.

This is the fourth time this facility has been damaged in the last three months and the 21st attack on warehouses containing medical supplies in 2026. The WHO emphasized that it continues to adapt its logistical solutions to minimize losses and ensure the continuity of humanitarian aid. However, as is customary, the organization did not specify in its statement who exactly is shelling its warehouses.

On September 21, Russian invaders killed one resident of the Donetsk region and wounded 11 others. The highest number of casualties was recorded in Kramatorsk.

Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region yesterday and today with Shahed-type strike drones. A three-year-old boy was killed in the attacks, and four other people were wounded.

Since the evening of September 21, air defense forces have shot down 177 Russian drones, one “Kalibr” missile, and eight “Banderola” drones. Overall, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with these weapons throughout the night.

Earlier, Russia struck a Silpo distribution center in Odesa.

In addition, Russia attacked Kyiv with drones, resulting in casualties and destruction.
