In Dnipro, the death toll from the Russian attack has risen to two
Two people were killed in Dnipro as a result of a Russian attack. Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported one additional fatality.
“Unfortunately, there are already two fatalities as a result of the enemy attack on Dnipro,” he wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
He reported that a woman who had sustained severe injuries had died. Medical personnel fought to save her life until the very end, but were unable to save her.
On the morning of September 2, Russian troops continued their attack on Ukraine using strike drones. Explosions were heard in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, where air defense forces are operating.
On the night of September 1, Russia launched a massive strike against Ukraine using missiles and more than 170 drones. Air defense forces repelled the attack, during which the enemy used, among other things, “Iskander” and “Banderol” missiles.
Russian troops attacked one of the industrial facilities in the Poltava district. Rescue workers were on the scene following the enemy strike.
