A warhead from an X-101 cruise missile was discovered in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv
Following yet another massive Russian missile strike on Kyiv, dangerous remnants of enemy weaponry were discovered in the capital. Specifically, an intact warhead from an X-101 strategic cruise missile was found in the Holosiivskyi district.
Specialists from the State Emergency Service’s pyrotechnic units promptly arrived at the scene.
The capital’s bomb disposal experts carried out a series of necessary technical procedures, safely removed the dangerous missile component, and transported it for further disposal.
In addition, pyrotechnic units were also working in other districts of the capital.
“The State Emergency Service’s pyrotechnic units in Kyiv were also called in to remove the warhead from an enemy drone and to survey the area in other parts of the city,” the rescue workers reported.
The State Emergency Service emphasizes that after airstrikes, dangerous debris from missiles, drones, and other munitions may remain in the city, posing a threat to people’s lives and health.
In this regard, Kyiv residents are urged to exercise the utmost caution while outdoors, especially following heavy shelling.
Rescue workers remind the public that if suspicious objects, debris, or parts resembling munitions are found, it is strictly forbidden to touch them, move them, or approach them.
Dangerous finds must be reported immediately to emergency services by calling 101 or 102.
