In Kharkiv, on the night of June 8, a Ukrposhta logistics hub was damaged after being struck by a Russian drone. Part of the facility was partially destroyed, and emergency services are on the scene. Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smilianskyy reported this on Telegram.

“We had a difficult night today. A ‘Shahed’ struck our Kharkiv hub. It has been partially destroyed, but the most important thing is that everyone is alive. The team has been working since last night to ensure that packages are delivered as quickly as possible, and there will be deliveries in Kharkiv today,” Smiliansky said.

He also assured: “We will definitely compensate all customers whose parcels were destroyed.”

The head of Ukrposhta added that he would provide more detailed information later today.

Earlier, a Russian drone attacked Konotop: five people were injured, including three children.

In the Kherson region over the past day, 21 people were wounded as a result of Russian shelling; the region came under massive attacks by drones, artillery, and aircraft.

On the night of May 30, Russian troops launched a massive drone strike on the Shostka community in Sumy Oblast, damaging residential buildings and infrastructure.
