22 injured in Kyiv due to a Russian attack; fires and destruction reported
As a result of enemy strikes on Kyiv, numerous buildings were damaged and 22 people were injured, including two children. Twelve of the injured have been hospitalized.

In the Holosiivskyi district, falling debris near a car service station caused vehicles to catch fire.
In the Darnytskyi district, a fire broke out on the territory of private houses near a nursing home, whose residents were evacuated. A UAV also hit a 24-story residential building, where a fire engulfed the top floor; the 24th floor and the technical floor were partially destroyed. In another high-rise building in the district, a strike was recorded at the level of the 7th floor. In addition, a tram depot was damaged and private vehicles were burning.


In the Desnianskyi district, debris hit an open area, a garage cooperative, and a 9-story residential building at the level of the first floor.
In the Dniprovskyi district, debris damaged three high-rise buildings. In one 18-story building, a fire broke out on the third and fourth floors; a person may be trapped under the rubble on the fifth floor. In a 25-story building, a fire spread across the first and second floors, and the roof of a 19-story building was damaged.
In the Obolon district, debris fell on the territory of a summer cottage cooperative and an open area, where vehicles were on fire.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a UAV strike was recorded on the top floor of a 10-story building, preliminarily causing a fire.
In the Solomianskyi district, the fall of a UAV into an open area in a ravine caused a blast wave that damaged the windows of a high-rise building.
Emergency services are working at the sites, and search-and-rescue operations are ongoing.
As a result of the enemy attack, disruptions to heating and power supply have been observed. More than 2,600 residential buildings, 187 kindergartens, 138 schools, and 22 social institutions remain without centralized heating. Power engineers and municipal services are working to restore electricity and heat supply.
