A children's hospital and a gas pipeline were damaged in Kyiv as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation
On the night of August 11, the Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital was damaged as a result of a Russian attack on Kyiv. A strike near the medical facility shattered windows, damaged a gas pipe, and created two craters.
The kitchen and other service areas of the hospital sustained the most damage from the explosion.
Hospital staff are currently clearing away glass shards and cleaning up the aftermath of the Russian attack. Law enforcement officers, bomb disposal experts, and emergency services are also on the scene.
Despite the damage, there were no casualties among the children or medical staff.
During the air raid alert, patients and hospital staff took shelter, which prevented casualties and injuries.
Rescue and utility services continue to work at the scene, assessing the full extent of the damage caused by the nighttime attack.

On the night of August 11, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles. According to preliminary data, one person was injured as a result of the strike. The State Emergency Service released footage from the site of the attack showing the aftermath of the Russian strike.

As a reminder, a gas station and a business were damaged as a result of a Russian attack on the Poltava region.
In Dnipro on Friday, August 7, a World Health Organization humanitarian warehouse was destroyed as a result of an attack. No one was on the premises at the time of the strike, and no casualties were reported.
Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers lost 1,130 troops and more than 400 pieces of military equipment.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and two were wounded as a result of Russian shelling.
