In Kyiv, a number of public transportation routes are operating with changes due to the Russian Federation's attack
As a result of a massive Russian attack on the night of July 2, public transportation routes in Kyiv have been altered. This was caused by damage to the overhead contact system, a power outage, and cleanup efforts following the enemy shelling.
Trolleybuses Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 22-K, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 33, 35, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, and 50 are running with delays.
Traffic is also disrupted for trams No. 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19.
To ensure passenger transportation, temporary bus service has been organized to cover certain electric transit routes:
- Tram Route No. 14 – “Kontraktova Square – Vidradnyi Avenue”;
- Trolleybus Route No. 41 – “Toulouse Street – Sviatoshyn Metro Station.”
Due to road closures on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, buses No. 114 and No. 118 are operating on a modified route:
Velyka Vasylkivska Street – Hetman Pavlo Skoropadskyi Street – Volodymyrska Street – Taras Shevchenko Boulevard.
City authorities urge passengers to take these temporary changes into account when planning their trips and to stay updated on public transportation operations.
