In Kramatorsk, a Russian FPV drone attacked utility workers; one person was injured

In Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, Russian troops attacked municipal vehicles using an FPV drone. The driver of one of the vehicles was injured in the attack.

The incident occurred on the morning of June 17. 

According to available information, a drone carrying a warhead struck a service vehicle that was traveling along the road toward a solid waste landfill.

An open ZIL dump truck loaded with household waste was struck. Local authorities emphasize that the vehicle’s purpose was clear—it was performing routine municipal work to support the community’s daily life.

The driver of the vehicle was injured as a result of the attack. Medical personnel diagnosed him with a concussion, a traumatic brain injury, and acoustic trauma.

The victim received the necessary medical care.

This latest strike against civilian infrastructure once again highlights the danger faced daily by public utility workers in frontline cities in the Donetsk region.
