A fire broke out in Pavlohrad following an attack by Russia

Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike caused a fire, damaged private homes, and left two men injured and hospitalized.

 

Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported the attack. “The enemy struck Pavlohrad,” he wrote. A fire broke out at one of the sites following the strike. Emergency responders worked at the scene to extinguish the fire.

Two men were injured

It later became known that two people were injured as a result of the Russian attack. The injured men are 47 and 54 years old. They were hospitalized. According to the Regional Military Administration, both are in moderate condition. “Two people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Pavlohrad,” Ganza reported.

 

Private homes damaged

Several private homes were also damaged as a result of the strike. Rescue workers and other emergency services were on the scene. They extinguished the fire and helped deal with the aftermath of the attack.

Information regarding the extent of the damage may be updated. Currently, there are reports of two injured people, a fire, and damage to residential buildings. Russian troops regularly attack the Dnipropetrovsk region with missiles, drones, and other types of weaponry. Pavlohrad and the surrounding area have been struck repeatedly. Oleksandr Ganza, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army lost another 1,370 soldiers in Ukraine. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia’s total personnel losses have already reached approximately 1,465,810 people.

On the front lines over the past day, August 14, there were 233 combat engagements between Ukrainian troops and Russian occupiers. The Russians actively used aircraft and drones: they carried out 71 airstrikes, dropped 241 guided bombs, and launched 10,626 kamikaze drones.

In Samara, Russia, a fire broke out at the “CSKB-Progress” facility following an attack. According to Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, the plant manufactures medium-class launch vehicles and unmanned space vehicles.
