In Pavlohrad, four people have been killed and 60 wounded in a Russian strike on a shopping mall
On Thursday, September 10, Russian troops struck the “Gulliver” shopping center in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Four people were killed as a result of the enemy attack, and more than 60 others were injured, including three children aged 13, 14, and 15.
A fire broke out in the shopping center building, and nearby retail pavilions and cars also caught fire. Two State Emergency Service employees were injured and hospitalized while responding to the shelling. Currently, all of the injured are in hospitals, where they are receiving the necessary medical care.
The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office has opened a criminal investigation into Russia’s commission of a war crime under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
RBC-Ukraine reported this, citing a statement by Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, as well as the State Emergency Service and the regional prosecutor’s office.
In the Sumy region, Russian troops carried out a series of strikes on civilian targets. As a result of the attacks, an 83-year-old woman was killed, and at least 16 other people were wounded or injured.
As a reminder, fires broke out at industrial facilities in the Kyiv region due to an attack by the Russian Federation.
Russia also launched a massive attack on Kyiv, killing and wounding civilians.
