In Russia, a retiree died while waiting in line for gasoline

A 75-year-old man died at a gas station in Karelia while waiting in line to fill up his car.

According to eyewitnesses, the retiree had only a few liters of gasoline left to fill up. After he began feeling ill, gas station employees moved his car out of the way, temporarily closed the station, and called an ambulance.

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the man’s death but has not yet disclosed the official cause. According to eyewitnesses, the pensioner may have suffered a heart attack.
