In Sumy, the "Manufaktura" shopping center suspended operations following a drone attack
The “Manufaktura” shopping and entertainment center in Sumy has temporarily suspended operations following a strike by a Russian drone. The complex sustained significant damage as a result of the attack.
The mall’s administration reported that the facility is currently closed to visitors, and work is underway on the premises to address the aftermath of the attack and repair the damaged structures.
The administration noted that the date for the mall’s reopening has not yet been determined. They promise to provide further updates as developments occur.
“As a result of the drone attack, the ‘Manufaktura’ shopping and entertainment center sustained significant damage. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy. We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims,” reads the administration’s statement to visitors.
Work is currently underway on the complex’s grounds to address the aftermath of the Russian attack and repair the damage.
The administration emphasized that it cannot yet specify an exact date when “Manufaktura” will reopen to visitors.
The administration promises to provide further updates on the date the shopping center will resume operations and any other changes.

In addition, Russian occupiers struck near the well-known Lavina Mall shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv. Preliminary reports indicate the strike occurred near the mall; details on the consequences are still being verified.
During another air raid alert in Kyiv on September 10, around 10:30 a.m., an explosion was heard in the area of Okruzhnaya Road. Afterward, videos began appearing on social media showing the site of the suspected crash of a Russian drone.
The occupiers attacked a gas station in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi District twice. After the first strike, a passenger car caught fire at the scene, and a public transit stop and an 8-story non-residential building were damaged.
