In Zaporizhzhia, a Russian attack drone struck a gas station. Five people—three women and two men—were injured in the attack. All of the victims sustained injuries of varying severity. Medical personnel provided them with the necessary care. After the strike, a fire broke out at the gas station. Fuel dispensers and a passenger car caught fire.
The State Emergency Service reported that the explosion also damaged the gas station itself. “Fuel dispensers and a passenger car caught fire at the scene. In addition, the canopy structure was partially destroyed and the building’s windows were damaged,” rescuers said.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and promptly extinguished the blaze. Thanks to their efforts, the fire did not spread to other parts of the gas station. The State Emergency Service noted that all necessary city emergency services were on the scene following the attack. They dealt with the aftermath of the strike, assisted the victims, and assessed the extent of the damage.
