On the night of June 18–19, 2026, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes against facilities that the Russian army uses to supply, command, and support its units on the front lines. This includes both the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and facilities located directly within the Russian Federation.
According to reports, railway bridges in the Rozdolne and Vladyslavivka areas of Crimea—which are critical for the military logistics of the occupying forces—were struck. It is through such facilities that equipment, ammunition, and other supplies necessary for combat operations are transported; therefore, putting them out of commission directly affects the speed and stability of supplies to Russian units.
Separately, strikes were reported on areas where weapons and equipment were concentrated near Severodonetsk, as well as on fuel and lubricant depots in Mariupol, which is one of the key supply hubs for Russian troops on the southern front. At the same time, command posts for the occupiers’ unmanned aerial systems were struck in the areas of Pokrovsk, Voskresenka, and Siversk in Donetsk Oblast; Novoivanivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast; and Maliivka in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The most significant incident was the confirmed strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery, where an integrated oil refining unit, three RVS-10,000 tanks, and one RVS-30,000 tank were damaged. According to available information, the facility subsequently suspended operations for an indefinite period, which could affect fuel supplies in the region.
In conclusion, the Defense Forces note that such actions are part of a systematic effort to reduce Russia’s military and economic potential, and these strikes will continue until the armed aggression against Ukraine ceases completely.
