Ukrainian defenders have eliminated another 940 invaders over the past 24 hours

Since the start of the Russian Federation’s full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have demonstrated unprecedented effectiveness, eliminating more than 1.3 million invaders.

These figures were officially released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its morning report.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have neutralized another 940 Russian soldiers, confirming the consistently high rate of enemy demilitarization.

In addition to significant losses in manpower, the enemy continues to lose critically important equipment and weapons across all sectors of the front.

Specifically, over the past day, the occupiers’ arsenal was depleted by two tanks and 10 armored combat vehicles, bringing the total to 11,841 and 24,360 units, respectively.

Particular attention is drawn to the work of Ukrainian artillery crews and drone operators, who destroyed 58 enemy artillery systems in a single day.

The enemy’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to April 6, 2026, are estimated as follows: “personnel—approximately 1,304,490 (+940) personnel, tanks—11,841 (+2) units, combat armored vehicles — 24,360 (+10), and artillery systems — 39,497 (+58)."

It is worth noting the staggering number of operational-tactical-level drones destroyed, which increased by 1,953 units over the past day.

In total, since the start of the war, Ukrainian troops have shot down over 221,000 enemy UAVs, significantly limiting the enemy’s capabilities in reconnaissance and strike operations.

The aggressor’s logistical capabilities are also suffering significant blows, as 259 vehicles and tankers were put out of commission over the past 24 hours.

The total number of enemy vehicles lost has approached 87,614, significantly complicating the supply of Russian forces.

Defense forces destroyed the Russian Spirit-030 satellite communications terminal for the first time.

The Russians replacedStarlink with an alternative that is more visible to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Additionally, the blocking of Starlink and restrictions on Telegram have created problems for Russian forces, according to Estonian intelligence.

The Russian command has acknowledged the mass shutdown of Starlink terminals for the first time.
