In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, Russian occupiers are forcing schoolchildren to collect so-called “humanitarian aid” for the Russian army.
This was reported by the “Atesh” movement.
According to the movement’s agents, the occupation administration in Henichesk has ordered local schools to organize the collection of food and supplies for the Russian army.
The demands are conveyed to parents through their children, effectively turning schoolchildren into a tool for pressuring families.
It is noted that children whose families refuse to comply with these demands may face negative consequences in the educational process.
The movement emphasizes that the occupiers are deliberately using educational institutions as a means of influencing the civilian population.
It is precisely through children, who find it harder to refuse, that they are trying to force parents to hand over resources for the army.
According to the "Atesh" movement, similar practices have been documented in other settlements in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.
All collected information has already been forwarded to the Ukrainian Defense Forces and human rights organizations.
This involves documenting potential war crimes related to the forced conscription of civilians in the occupied territories.
