The enemy attacked gas stations in three regions and gas production facilities in the Poltava region
Russian troops struck infrastructure facilities belonging to the Naftogaz Group in several regions of Ukraine. Gas stations in three regions, as well as gas production facilities, came under enemy fire.
Several gas stations in the “Ukrnafta” network in the Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions were hit. As a result of a strike by a “Shahed”-type kamikaze drone, a female employee at one of the stations sustained serious injuries; she was immediately hospitalized, and operations at the damaged facilities have been completely suspended.
In addition, during nighttime and morning shelling, the enemy attacked production facilities in the Poltava region, causing significant damage to natural gas production and storage facilities. A fire broke out at one of the industrial sites but was quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service and departmental specialists, ensuring that there were no casualties among the employees of the Poltava production sector.
Serhiy Koretskyi, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, reported this on Facebook.
The Russian army struck the Poltava district, killing two people and raising the number of injured to 14, including six children.
Since the evening, Russian troops have carried out more than 20 attacks on three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, using aerial bombs, drones, and artillery. As a result of the enemy strikes, one person was killed and nine others were wounded.
