A Russian attack damaged part of the UKRAVTO ODESA facility. Despite this, the Mercedes-Benz, KIA, Ducati, and Maserati dealerships, as well as the service centers, continue to operate as usual.
In Odesa, a Russian attack damaged part of the UKRAVTO ODESA facility. Representatives of the auto center reported this by posting information on the Mercedes-Benz page. According to them, part of the facility’s premises was damaged as a result of the strike. The company’s statement does not provide details on the full extent of the damage.
At the same time, the auto centers have not suspended operations. Customers were assured that the main divisions continue to operate. Specifically, the Mercedes-Benz, KIA, Ducati, and Maserati dealerships are operating as usual. The multi-brand and Mercedes-Benz service centers are also open.
The company noted that customers can continue to contact the sales and service departments. In other words, the damage to part of the facility has not halted operations at the auto centers. UKRAVTO ODESSA has published the following direct phone numbers for its departments:
