One person was killed and others were injured in Odessa as a result of a Russian strike
One person was killed and three others were injured in Odesa as a result of a Russian attack on May 26. According to rescue workers, one of the city’s infrastructure facilities was damaged. Emergency services are on the scene dealing with the aftermath of the strike.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service.
A fire broke out at the site of the strike, which firefighters extinguished.
“Unfortunately, despite the efforts of rescue workers and medics who tried to resuscitate the man, they were unable to save him. According to preliminary information, three other people were injured,” the rescue workers noted.
The State Emergency Service deployed 21 rescuers and six pieces of equipment to address the aftermath.


As a reminder, on the evening of May 25, Russian occupation forces attacked a residential neighborhood in the Zarichny district of Sumy with drones; a hit on an apartment building was recorded.
Throughout the day, Russian troops carried out more than 30 attacks on Dnipro and four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the shelling, 24 people were injured. The consequences of the attacks are being assessed, and relevant services are working on the ground.
On May 25, Russian occupation forces carried out an airstrike on Yasnogorivka, killing two people and wounding three others.
