Only Russian and Belarusian components were found in Oreshnik
An investigation into the Russian “Oreshnik” ballistic missile revealed that all of the components identified in it were manufactured by companies in Russia and Belarus.
This was reported by Vladislav Vlasyuk, the Ukrainian President’s Representative for Sanctions Policy.
According to him, Belarusian companies play a particularly significant role in the production of these components, specifically “Integral” and the “Transistor” plant, whose products are regularly used in modern Russian weaponry.
At the same time, an examination of the “Iskander-M” cluster missile revealed components manufactured in the United States, Taiwan, Switzerland, Japan, China, and Belarus. According to Vlasyuk, some of the electronics were manufactured in 2024–2025.
The Commissioner emphasized that this indicates the continuation of serial production of Russian missiles using new electronic components, as well as the fact that certain foreign components continue to find their way into the Russian military-industrial complex, despite the sanctions.
